How long will it take to get my product?


Shipping takes roughly 3-5 days within Gauteng and 5-7 working days for remote areas.

How do I track my order?

We’re making use of reputable courier companies:

Fastway, The Courier Guy, Internet Express, Dawn Wing(DPD Lazer) and Aramex.

 We’re also making use of our in-house courier company to expedite local deliveries.

Only when your order has been dispatched (left our warehouse) will you receive tracking information that includes both a tracking number and the courier details that will deliver your parcel.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is accepted via credit card (Visa or Mastercard), SnapScan, Zapper, Ozow, Mobicred, via store credit (a “wallet”) and direct EFT transfer. Online credit card transactions will be acquired for Bundle Joy via Payfast.
